School:  Chandler Elementary School                 

Hours: 3.0 hrs. (10:00 a.m. -1:00 p.m.)

Position:  Dish Room

Duties include but are not limited to the following:

Production:

• wash and put away dishes
• fill sinks with clean water
• take food items out of ovens if needed
• HACCP documentation logs
• put up stock

Service:

• set up serving lines for the first serving line
• serving/runner during lunch serving lines
• dish room/ temperature/cleaning rotation between lines

Closing Task:

• clean area assigned in rotation
• sweep and mop
• take out trash
• laundry
• weekly and monthly cleaning – wash mats, bathroom cleaning, de-lime dishwasher, etc.
• other tasks deemed appropriate by the manager

All positions will start at $13.00 per hour during a short training period but will increase to $17.95 upon completion of
training and positive review from manager.

Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
