The cafeteria manager is respopnsible for:
- supervising 26 employees
- overseeing meal production for over 1800 students
- placing all food orders
- monitoring food safety and sanitation procedures
- cafeteria financial management
- preparing special meals for students with food allergies
- professional communication with school staff, students and parents
Requirements:
- must be proficient in MicroSoft Word, Excel and G Suites
- must be easily trainable in various food service software programs
- professional and interpersonal communication skills
- complete ServSafe Certification by July 2025
- must have high school diploma or GED
- must have prior food service management experience
